Avante Behavioral Health Plan is unique. We are your neighbors, and the only local Knox-Keene licensed behavioral healthcare company headquartered in the Central Valley. We have been taking care of the mental health needs of our community since 1991, and today we serve over 57,000 Central California residents under the guiding principle that sound mental health is the foundation of a happy, healthy life. ABHP takes all complaints and grievances very seriously. If you have a complaint or grievance please click here to file it online, or call 1-800-498-9055 to speak to an ABHP representative. You may also contact the Department of Managed Health Care online at www.dmhc.ca.gov.
Language Assistance
Avante Behavioral Health Plan (ABHP) has available to all enrollees free language assistance services for enrollees who have a language of preference other than English. To access language assistance services while accessing your behavioral health benefits, please call ABHP at 1-800-495-9055 and tell them that you’re calling about language assistance services. Spanish speaking personnel are available to take your call. If you need assistance in a language other than Spanish, please let ABHP know the language with which you need assistance. You may also contact your provider and let them know that you would like language assistance while accessing your benefit. Providers may call ABHP at the number above to access language assistance for their patients.
